Oklahoma's Attorney General approved Pilot Program
Oklahoma Pilot Program
ARRIVE’s Differential Response Pilot Program is an innovative approach to domestic violence intervention that matches services to each participant’s assessed risk and needs rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. Using evidence-based assessments and ongoing evaluation, participants may be placed in a 26-week to 2 year program or referred to the 52-week program. This program is designed to promote accountability and meaningful behavior change. The program incorporates neuroscience-informed practices, individualized case planning, and collaboration with community partners to enhance participant outcomes and victim safety. By focusing on risk reduction and sustainable change, the pilot aims to improve intervention effectiveness while maintaining offender accountability. This is Oklahoma Attorney General Approved. Arrive in Oklahoma City and DVIS in Tulsa are the only two programs approved to participate in the Pilot program. Open for enrollment as of August 1, 2026. Space is limited to 48 participants at a time.
Over the course of 52 weeks, clients will be educated on the dynamics of abuse, its impact, and how to change harmful behaviors, as well as communication, developmental and life skills. Women & Men are welcomed. Classes are once a week, for 1.5 hours, for 52 weeks.
